FRE- First Response Early
I don't think these are the best tests for people like us who test early. The more people I talk to, the more I hear that they don't give accurate results before your period is due.
Twice, I have had negative tests with FRE and positive tests with Clear Blue Easy Early, with the same "specimen"
Does anyone else agree?

I'm not sure if they're not "accurate" or just not "as sensitive" as clear blue. I got a darker line with Clear blue than FRE, but got a line with bothI dunno, I never used FRE too much anyway, maybe 6-7 times in the whole time I was ttc....and I used Clear Blue only twice but was pretty happy with the results/sensitivity
I think most ladies here are FRE fans, so I'm not sure if u're going to get many replies :lol:

I'm personally a fan of FRE because that's the test I used when I got my BFP. I used it the day before AF was due, and got a very light second line, but it was there. I then tested again 2 days later with another FRE and got a darker second line. I've never tried CBEE though.

I got my BFP with an FRE too, but I waited until the day AF was due. I would have been all for trying a Clear Blue Early, but they don't sell them here, I was lucky to find FRE!:lol: Good luck to all the testers and it's something to consider.

I used FRE about 3 days before AF and got a BFN. I took it again two days after AF was due and got a BFN.
I've never used the other kind. I think it's always best to wait until AF is due or the day after...... just for sanity sake too!

I just tested today with one of these tests and it was a bfn, I am early, but still it is disappointing! It says on the box that 50 some % get a positive result 3 days before period due and another % get positive result 2 days before. For the first time, I haven't tracked my days that accurately and can't remember exactly which day AF started on, I know it's between Aug 29 and Sept 1!I just have this preggo feeling this time, or could be just my imagination again.
